Request deletion of your data

1. Overview

You can request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Deleting data may limit or end your ability to use the App.

2. How to submit a request

Use the in-app option “Request data deletion” (or equivalent) on your profile screen. That flow explains the next steps and may open this page for reference. If the App provides an email for privacy requests, you may also write from the email associated with your account and include your user identifier if shown in the App.

3. Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your identity (for example by signed-in session or email verification) before processing a deletion request.

4. Timeline

We aim to respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law (for example, within 30 days for many requests, subject to extension where complexity requires it). We will confirm when deletion is completed or explain any delay.

5. What we delete

We delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, including profile and learning progress tied to your account, unless an exception applies. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited time until overwritten.

6. Exceptions

We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you may be retained.

7. Account deletion

Deleting your account (where the App offers that option) may also remove associated data. Data deletion and account deletion may be separate steps depending on product design; follow the in-app instructions. For questions, use the support channel in the App or app store listing.
